Ie I wouldn't go as far as backdooring things like this, it would be like hardcoding into your games server to open up an extra server slot so that you could hop on a players private server joining with your dev steam account without anyway for the server owner to kick your rude ass out etc. as it can very easily be trust breaking sorta stuff.
